Michelle joins Sourced Ltd having been actively involved in the Christchurch IT industry for the past 10 years, originally working in Sales & Account Management in the vendor space, before entering the IT Recruitment sector in 2003.
Michelle has maintained a highly respected reputation in the Christchurch IT recruitment market over the past 7 years, partnering with a number of Christchurch's most high profile organisations including Christchurch City Council and Meridian Energy, providing end to end permanent and contract recruitment solutions and HR consulting services.
Michelle has a specific focus on forging long term partnering relationships, and has worked consistently with many of her clients since her entry into the IT Sector. She is actively involved in the Christchurch IT community with a keen interest in graduate recruitment and development.

Hannah joins Sourced Ltd after 8 years within the customer service industry, as a Recruitment Consultant and Resourcer, alongside Michelle.
Having had 3 years of experience in leadership within a reputable cafe franchise in Christchurch, Hannah brings a wealth of customer service know-how, a rich network of relationships with businesses and customers and a can-do attitude to the recruitment expertise at Sourced.
Hannah has previous experience in the hospitality and retail industries and has studied at the University of Canterbury with a major in Mass Communications.

Rachel joins Sourced Ltd after 7 years in recruitment, in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. For the past year, Rachel has specialised in IT recruitment in the Christchurch market.
Rachel has an extensive work history in account management, including technical sales. Quality client relationships are extremely important to her, and she particularly enjoys forming long-term relationships and gaining a solid understanding of each business to get the best possible outcome for client and candidate.
She recently held the role of Marketing Manager for a medical (doctor) recruitment company in Queenstown, another very candidate short market. Rachel and her sister also established the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Foundation in 2007 following the death of their mother from ovarian cancer.

William joins Sourced having been actively involved in 180 Degrees Consulting (the world's largest non-profit student-driven consultancy), while also being heavily involved in AIESEC Canterbury and many other representative intitiatives in recent times.
William has maintained a highly respected reputation in all of his circles and is looking forward to extending that group to the wider Canterbury IT industry while focussing on IT jobs and jobseekers' needs.
William will be providing all our candidates with the attention they deserve, while assisting the rest of the Sourced team across all areas. This is a new position for William, within the recruitment industry, and we are very excited to have him on board.

Jason created Sourced Ltd after 13 years in the Professional Services sector, originally working in a range of Architectural roles before deciding to develop his previous experience further and branch into the IT industry in 2006. He has been (and continues to be) involved in specialist Software Training, Consulting and Support, working with a range of clients from small-medium enterprises through to Tertiary Institutions.
